At Revived Rides, we stand behind the quality of our products. Because of the nature of our items, all sales are finalunless the product is leaking, defective, or damaged upon arrival.

Accepted Returns

We only accept returns if:

  • The product arrived leaking

  • The product is visibly defective or damaged

If your order meets one of these conditions, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email] with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Once reviewed and approved, we’ll provide return instructions and either issue a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference and product availability.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products (unless defective)

  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling

  • All non-defective products

Refunds
